  • I think minimizing fuel costs is something that any bus fleet wants to do. I totally agree that proper fleet management is important for doing that. I mean, if your employees aren’t properly trained and managed, how can they be expected to do their jobs right? I didn’t know that every year bus fleets spend 30% of their budgets on fuel. That’s a lot!
