Kids are back to school and life is settling back into a routine after summer vacation. Autumn is here, known as Fall because it’s the time of year when leaves turn beautiful colors and fall as trees go into a winter rest.

With unpredictable situations on the road caused by high traffic, emergencies, or severe weather conditions, keeping parents up-to-date on the status of their child’s bus can be challenging for school transportation departments. Transportation staff are often swamped with phone calls from parents asking “Where’s the bus?”, and spend hours fielding requests and looking up information.

The Real Winners Are the Kids
This year the United Against Bullying (UAB) Grant Program received just over one hundred applications, almost double from 2015. Could this mean an increase in anti-bullying programs and kindness initiatives? We believe it does.
